Nicola is an experienced and qualified music teacher based in Nottinghamshire, teaching saxophone, oboe and also general music theory.  With a belief that musical skills can be learned and enjoyed throughout life, her pupils are of all ages, and she teaches from beginner to diploma level.  Nicola's professional interests include the psychology and science of music, she is currently studying for a Masters in Performance Science at the Royal College of Music. 

Performing is an important part of her musical life and she plays with several groups, as well as giving occasional solo performances.  She has released a  recording of solo works for saxophone and is a full member of the Incorporated Society of Musicians.
